In this hands on Charcuterie Class, you’ll learn how to create a beautiful, crowd pleasing charcuterie board while enjoying a glass of wine or non alcoholic beverage. You’ll have everything you need to create your own board, including meats, cheeses, fruits, and all the delicious extras that make a charcuterie board special.
Each guest will create a board large enough to serve 3-4 people and take it home to enjoy for the holiday season.
